Tenacre House is a 3-bed, adult male and female property, catering for people with mental health problems, learning disabilities, and autistic spectrum disorders with an emphasis on community reintegration and rehabilitation and recovery. It is located half a mile away from shopping centres.

It is located close to local amenities such as GP surgeries, shopping centres and supermarkets. It is also a 2-minute walk to a public bus stop for buses to Wolverhampton or Dudley city centre.

Tenacre Lane operates on the ethos of focusing on enablement, rehabilitation, and assisting with the journey to increased independence and community integration. In this part of the pathway, service users will be focusing on attaining their personal best in performing activities of daily living skills, meaningful activities and reintegration into the society, getting used to the complexities of taking part in community activities.

All communal rooms such as the kitchen, lounge and dining room are fully furnished to a high standard, with a beautiful garden, which provides an active therapeutic community-based environment.
